How our warranty works!
Elements Chairs promises to replace or repair any Elements Chairs components that finds to be defective in material or workmanship within 2 years, and 5 years on the frame* of our chairs.
Elements Chairs will honor the warranty as long as you, the original purchaser, still owns it and have proof of your purchase with us or a 3rd party company.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
• Wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
• Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Elements Chairs
• Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
• Damage inflicted against the chair.
A note in regards to color variations, fabrics, and finishes:
Elements Chairs does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials.
*The 5 year warranty you are to receive would cover the frame within the backrest and bucket seat of the chair. All parts that assemble to the exterior of the chair are under the 2 warranty for parts.
You can withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, provided it is in the same condition as it was shipped (original packaging with accessories and original plastics, etc), receiving a partial refund of the amount paid or credit for another product. We reserve ourselves the right to charge a restocking fee of 18% of the total amount of the purchase.
