- The chair has to be sent back in the same condition you received it.
- You will have to present proof of your purchase and give us an honest feedback on why it wasn't a good fit for you.
- You will have to ship it back on your own responsibility.
- The chair has to be in it's original package in order to be sent back to us.
- Your refund will be processed when we receive the chair back at our facility and after our team completes an inspection on the product.
- If the product is damaged we will provide you with a partial refund, after covering the costs for replacing the part that was damaged by you.
